As he was tuning, he asked what I thought of the the tone. I mentioned it was a little bright. He asked permission to try an application that would warm it up some. When he finished, my piano filled the room with a delightfully warm, perfectly tuned, vibrant sound. Jason is knowledgable, conversational, and professional. He is the ONLY person who tunes my piano... I highly recommend his services.
