    In 2005, Lindsay graduated from the University of North Florida with a B.A. in Music as well as a B.A. in Anthropology.  She has extensive teaching experience, having taught sailing lessons, swimming lessons, and now piano lessons. For the past five years, she has enjoyed teaching students of all ages and abilities to play the piano.   Within the field of Music, Lindsay enjoys teaching, accompanying, and composing.  In 2005, she  traveled to Austria to study piano accompanying through the University of Miami, and in 2003 she was placed in the top 10 of a young composer's competition held by the New York Art Ensemble.  She hopes to attend graduate school in the future and plans on teaching, composing, and accompanying as a life long career.  She has studied under Aida Ribeiro, Dr. Sandra Stewart, Dr. William Schirmer and Dr. Gary Smart.  Other interests of Lindsay's include sailing, traveling, bicycling, camping, hiking, kayaking, and fine art. 

    Currently, Lindsay is a member of the Jacksonville Music Teachers Association and teaches in the San Marco and Southside areas.  She is active in the music community and sings in the Jacksonville Symphony Chorus.  Lindsay holds regular recitals throughout the year and participates in many of the local competitions and festivals.  Several of her students are enrolled in magnet and music magnet programs throughout the city, including Stanton and LaVilla.
